Frankfurt am Main, December 12, 2024 – The international business law firm LPA-GGV successfully advised Verkehrs- und Ingenieurbau Consult GmbH (VIC), based in Potsdam, on the sale of its group companies to Infraneo Deutschland GmbH. Through this cross-border transaction, the divested group companies of VIC become part of the international Infraneo Group, a leading European specialist in infrastructure asset integrity and a portfolio company of the French private equity fund Seven2 (formerly Apax Partners).
