Carmen Clemens is a lawyer, LL.B. (Cologne/Paris 1), Maître en droit.

She is an associate in the Frankfurt office and advises national and international companies on civil law disputes.

Carmen Clemens completed her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Aachen with stages in the German Bundestag (Secretariat of the Committee on EU Affairs), in an international commercial law firm in Cologne and in a boutique law firm specialising in arbitration law in Frankfurt am Main.

Carmen Clemens studied law at the University of Cologne and the Université Paris 1 Panthéon – Sorbonne.

She was admitted to the bar in 2023.

In addition to her native German, Carmen Clemens is fluent in English, French and Croatian.
