During the Chinese New Year, Dr. Leif Gösta Gerling, LL.M. and Jiabao Li, LL.M. were invited to visit Heng Xin Law Office in Dalian, China, where they had in-depth conversations with one of the firm’s founders, Mr. Enqun Wang, as well as Mr. Tianxia Bai and Mr. Ding Geng. Both sides exchanged opinions on the current economic situation and the investment environment in both China and Europe and expressed their hope to strengthen the cooperation between Heng Xin Law Office and LPA legal tax in the future.

The meeting laid the foundation for a trusting cooperation in the Sino-German transactional business that both partners are striving for. Just a few weeks after the meeting, the Frankfurt China Desk and Heng Xin Law already advised on their first joint case.
