Munich, 7 May 2015 – LPA has assisted the H.F.S. Immobilienfonds Deutschland 8 GmbH & Co. KG on the sale of one of its commercial properties in Speyer.

The purchaser of this property was the HAHN-FCP-FIS-German Retail Fund, an institutional fund managed by the Hahn Group and LRI Invest S.A. The Seller H.F.S. Immobilienfonds Deutschland 8 GmbH & Co. KG is a real estate fund managed by the Munich investment company WealthCap. The investment volume of this transaction amounted more than 30 million euros. The property was transferred at the end of March 2015.

The retail park Speyer was built in 1995 and is leased on a long-term basis to the hypermarket store Marktkauf and the furniture store Roller. The fully rented property was extensively revitalised in 2012. The total rental space amounts to around 20,000 sqm. Thereof Marktkauf has subleased partial surface to Deichmann, Ernsting’s Family, a pharmacy and other shops, service companies and restaurants/cafés.
