Munich, 5 July 2015 – LPA has advised an international real estate investor on the acquisition of a German shopping centre by way of an asset deal. The seller is a subsidiary of an interna-tional major bank. The volume of the transaction is in the double digit million Euro range. The actual purchase price will not be disclosed due to confidentiality agreed between the parties.

The object comprises 16,000 sqm lettable area in a prime location of a medium sized city in North Rhine-Westphalia. In addition to retail space the shopping mall also comprises office and residential space as well as gastronomy.

Prior to this transaction, LPA has advised the buyer on the acquisition of a medium-sized German retail Portfolio.
