Munich, 9 November 2015 – LPA has advised an international real estate investor who has acquired a German shopping mall by way of an asset deal.

The seller is located abroad and a Real Estate Private Equity Fonds. The volume of the trans-action is somewhere in the double digit of million Euro range. The actual purchase price will not be disclosed due to confidentiality agreed between the parties.

The object consists of a total of 17,000 sqm lettable area in a central located city in Saxony-Anhalt. In addition to retail space the shopping mall also includes a significant residential and office space.

LPA has repeatedly advised the buyer on real estate acquisitions in Germany.
