Munich, 4 August 2014 – LPA has advised WealthCap on the purchase of a Business Center at Arnulfpark in Munich with the “Central Bus Station” (ZOB) with a purchase price in the mid double-digit millions.

The Seller was HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung GmbH, commissioned broker company Colliers International München GmbH.

The Business Center has a rentable area of around 36,500 square meters spread over office, gastronomy, retail and Central Bus Station (29 busterminals and 170 parking spaces). The ZOB is excellently connected to the local traffic and in particular since the liberalization of bus service regulation since it is one of the most important traffic junctions in the Bavarian capital.
