Munich, 31 July 2015 – LPA has advised DIC Asset AG on the acquisition of another object for the specialized open property fund “DIC Office Balance II”.

The object is an almost fully let office and commercial building located in Düsseldorf with a rental area of circa 5,200 sqm. The object is under patrimonial protection since three decades and has been completely renewed during the years 2012/2013 and therefore adapted to the modern office and energy efficiency requirements.

As in the case of the other two DIC-funds the IntReal International Real Estate Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH functions as a service capital management company.
