Munich, 12 April 2024– LPA-GGV Munich has advised the Hannover based project developer bauwo Grundstücksgesellschaft mbH on the sale of an approx. 15,000 sqm new-built logistics property located near Leipzig.

Purchaser is Aribero Capital, which has acquired the property for its real estate funds “European Consumer Logistics”.

The single-tenant property is leased on a long-term basis to Böhm & Schaaf and located in a logistics park in Kabelsketal between Halle and Leipzig in close proximity to the cargo airport.

LPA-GGV has advised bauwo already during the project development.
