LPA-GGV advises bauwo on the sale of a new logistics building located in Bremen

Munich, 8 June 2020  – LPA GGV Munich has advised the Hanover-based project developer bauwo Grundstücksgesellschaft mbH on the sale of a recently completed new logistics building in Bremen.

The new building, which consists of three hall sections and has an area of around 33,000 qm, has 30 loading gates with dock levellers and five ground-level gates as well as 19 truck and 56 car parking spaces.

The property is fully let to Damco Germany GmbH, a subsidiary of the A.P. Moller Maersk Group. Damco is one of the leading companies in worldwide forwarding services and supply chain management services.
