Munich, 6 September 2023 – LPA-GGV Munich has advised the French real estate investor BlueIMvest on the acquisition of the Karmeliterhöfe in Aachen for its Blue One Fund, a core+ real estate fund with exclusively German assets.

Seller is a family office, the transaction was handled by the investment team of Landmarken AG.

The office and practice building in the heart of Aachen is a listed ensemble dating back to 1907 and was extensively revitalized by Landmarken AG on behalf of the owner from 2008 to 2010.

Ten tenants are currently based in the fully leased building complex.
