Munich, 14 February 2022  – LPA-GGV Munich has advised
LIP Invest GmbH, a leading investment manager in logistics real estate, on the acquisition of a logistics property in Bramsche.

The distribution center with a total area of approx. 12,400 sqm is let to Clinic & Job Dress on a long-term basis. Completion of the construction project is scheduled for Q2/2022.

The building will be constructed according to the KfW-55 standard and the roof area will be entirely covered with a photovoltaic system. The generated electricity will be used by the tenant Clinic & Job Dress.

Project developer and seller is DLH Deutsche Logistik Holding.
