Munich, 8 August 2019 – LPA-GGV Munich has advised the Munich based investment manager
LIP Invest GmbH, with special expertise in the field of logistics properties, on the acquisition of the Hermes-Fulfilment-Distribution-Centre located in Haldensleben, Germany.
LIP Invest has acquired the property for its fund “LIP Real Estate Investment Fund – Logistics Germany”.
The property is let on a long-term basis to the tenant Otto Group. The logistics property is divided into four hall sections, comprising approx. 30,000 sqm of hall space and 3,000 of office space and approx. 360 car parking spaces.
The property has been constructed in 2010. The seller is Casaplan Seeliger GmbH, a medium-sized property development company based in Saarbrücken.
The purchase price shall remain confidential.
