Munich, 25 March 2019  – French real estate investor Foncière Siscare has entered the German market with the acquisition of a health care portfolio.

The portfolio includes two assets in Berlin (operated by Pflegewerk), a nursing home in  Lichtenau not far from Nuremberg (operated by Korian) and a health care asset in Schlüchtern in Hessen, 80 km away from Frankfurt (operated by Gama). The assets comprise approx. 14,812 sqm rentable area and 319 care places in total. The average remaining term of the lease agreements is over 15 years.
