Munich, 1 December 2018 – LPA-GGV Munich has advised DIC Asset AG on the acquisition of an office property in Fürth for the DIC Office Balance IV fund.

The property consists of a rental area of around 10,200 sqm and over 100 parking spaces and is close to being fully let.

With around 20 years of experience in the German real estate market, the company runs six regional representations in all major German markets and manages around 180 properties with a total market value of around EUR 5.6 billion.
