Munich, 8 October 2018 – LPA Munich has advised the traditional Hannover-based company bauwo on the sale of a logistics property situated in Achim near Bremen.

The off-market-transaction was conducted by way of an asset deal. The logistics center, developed and built by bauwo, was completed in 2018 and comprises approx. 12.000 sqm. The property is let to Nagel-Group, one of the leading suppliers of food logistics in the European market. The purchase price was in the double-digit million range.

Seller is bauwo Grundstücksgesellschaft based in Hannover, specializing in property development and construction and focusing on the asset categories logistics, hotel, office, retail and residential. LPA Munich has been bauwo‘s legal adviser on various occasions.

Purchaser is the real estate investment company LIP Invest based in Munich with special expertise in the field of logistics properties. LIP Invest has acquired the property for its fund “LIP Real Estate Investment Fund – LOGISTICS GERMANY”.
