Munich, 21 July 2016 – LPA Munich and LPA Paris have once again advised KGAL on the acquisition of a French wind farm by way of a share deal.
The wind farm consisting of six turbines extends over two communities, Oisy and Clamecy, in Burgundy, around 175 kilometres south of Paris. The wind farm commissioned in December 2013 generates a total capacity of 12.3 megawatts.
The KGAL group invests in solar and wind farms and is one of Germany’s largest wind and solar farm operators. Including Clamecy, KGAL’s tenth wind farm, the portfolio in the area of wind energy comprises around 627 megawatts.
Vendors are ABO Invest AG and ABO Wind AG located in Wiesbaden, Germany. Further sustainable wind projects are currently being planned.
LPA Munich and LPA Paris have assisted KGAL for several years with regard to the acquisition of wind and solar farms.
