Anna Reuber is a lawyer and associate in the Frankfurt office.

She advises funds, investors, companies and start-ups on a broad range of transactions, including domestic and cross-border private equity, growth equity, venture capital and M&A transactions, restructurings, joint ventures, carve-outs and exits. Her expertise extends to assisting shareholders and investors in establishing, scaling or investing in growth companies – this includes the entire life cycle of the company and all types of financing instruments such as equity, debt and mezzanine financing. She also supports her clients in all areas of corporate law.

Anna Reuber was admitted to the bar in 2023 and joined LPA-GGV in February 2023. She studied law at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main. Before joining LPA-GGV, she also worked in a law firm specialising in corporate law and in a private equity company. During her legal clerkship, she worked at Baker McKenzie, Ashurst and Advant Beiten, among others.

In addition to her native German, she is fluent in English.
