Ina von Raven is a lawyer and Attorney-at-Law (New York). She is a counsel at the Frankfurt Office, advising on all aspects of corporate law with a particular focus on M&A transactions. Ina von Raven has extensive experience in national and cross-border transactions for corporate and private equity clients, corporate restructurings, carve-outs and joint ventures in a number of industry sectors.

Ina von Raven was an associate in the corporate department of a major US law firm and an associate partner at a German business law firm in Frankfurt am Main prior to joining LPA-GGV.

Ina von Raven studied law at the Universities of Passau, Heidelberg and Montpellier. She graduated as a Master of Laws from Cornell Law School, New York and passed the New York Bar exam. Being a German native speaker, she is also fluent in English and French.
