Oliver Kirfel is qualified as Rechtsanwalt and is a partner in the Munich office. He advises clients primarily in respect of Mergers & Acquisitions transactions and Corporate Law. In recent years, he has provided support on numerous transactions in the areas of Renewable Energy, Real Estate and M&A. Oliver regularly provides ongoing advice to companies regarding all aspects of corporate, commercial and contract law.

At the beginning of his career, Oliver worked for several years in the Munich office of CMS Hasche Sigle before joining the Babcock & Brown Group as an in-house lawyer where he remained for almost three years.

Oliver was admitted to the bar in 2004. He studied law at Bonn University and completed his legal clerkship in Hamburg, Berlin and Melbourne, Australia. In 2001 he obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand.
