She specializes in the field of auditing and tax consulting NPO.

Esther Rupp started her career and qualified as a tax consultant and auditor at a medium-sized auditing and tax consulting firm.

She then worked as a tax consultant and auditor at Treuhand Revisionsgesellschaft mbH in Frankfurt am Main.

Here she took over the management and branch management in 2014.

Before joining LPA-GGV, she worked as a tax consultant and auditor in a medium-sized auditing and tax consulting company.

Esther Rupp is also a certified expert in non-profit law. She studied business administration with a focus on auditing, corporate taxation and development policy at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main.

In addition to her native German, she is fluent in English and French.
