Matthias Vollmar is a lawyer. He is an senior associate in the Frankfurt office and advises national and international family offices, entrepreneurs and private individuals on all corporate and commercial law matters and disputes, in particular in connection with national and cross-border company acquisitions, sales and corporate financing (M&A), as well as in all matters and disputes relating to asset and succession planning, with a particular focus on family law aspects (private clients). He also specialises in providing ongoing legal advice to foundations, founders, founder families and beneficiaries.

Matthias Vollmar completed his legal clerkship with stages at a renowned global commercial law firm, among others, and was admitted to the bar in January 2021. From 2021 to 2023, he worked as a lecturer for commercial and corporate law at Heilbronn University before joining LPA-GGV in October 2023.

Matthias Vollmar studied law at the University of Mannheim. In addition to his native German, he is fluent in English.
