Munich, 4 March 2015 – LPA has advised DIC Asset AG on the acquisition of another object for the specialized open property fund “DIC Office Balance II” in Berlin.

The Seller is a group of Spanish investors. The object is a fully let office building located north of the Kurfürstendamm in a central position for the submarket City-West. The submarket City-West stands out due to an urban structure and is a popular location especially for consulting enterprises and the service sector.

As in the case of the other two DIC-funds the IntReal International Real Estate Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH functions as a service capital management company.
