Munich, 23 July 2014 – LPA has advised DIC Asset AG on the purchase of the first object for their new special fund “DIC Office Balance II”. A purchase price of around 32 million Euros has been agreed.

The building at Barbarossa Platz comprises 13,300 square meters and renting space on 19 floors and is fully rented to 9 different tenants. The fund is specialized on German office property and has an initial target volume of 200 million Euros. It will be established for SV SparkassenVersicherung and Helaba Invest. DIC Asset AG participates in the fund with around 5% and takes over the asset and property management.
