M-Concept invests in the formerly most extraordinary
luxury real estate in Munich
to realize a luxury residential project

  Munich, 27 May 2014 – LPA has advised M-Concept on the purchase and development of the property of the “Flick-Villa” in Munich and during the subsequent development of luxury flats.

The Flick-Villa at Herzogpark Munich was one of the most extraordinary luxury real estates in Germany of the Multibillionaire Friedrich Karl Flick, who died in 2006. This villa was built 1979 for around 28 millions DM. The demolition of the 2,100 square meters “high-security building” including protective bunker and bulletproof glass has already begun.
