Munich, 4 September 2017 – LPA Munich has advised an international real estate investor on the simultaneous cross-border change of legal form (grenzüberschreitender Formwechsel) of more than 15 German GmbHs migrating their seat to Luxembourg while becoming Luxembourg S.à r.l.s.

The companies involved in the transformation are special purpose vehicles, the vast majority of which hold real property in Germany.
