Munich, 30 April 2021  – LPA-GGV Munich has advised Delta Development Group on the acquisition of a 156,600 sqm property in Dorsten, North Rhine-Westphalia, from RAG Montan Immobilien GmbH and a long-term lease agreement with Levi Strauss & Co. The lease agreement has a focus on sustainability exceeding the minimum statutory requirements (Green Lease).

Construction and operation of the new distribution center are also designed to meet high sustainability standards. The distribution center will be LEED Platinum certified and the first Cradle to Cradle (C2C) inspired warehouse in Germany.

Completion is scheduled for 2023. The property will be part of the Next Generation Logistics Portfolio, managed by Delta together with its partner European Logistics Reals Estate Partners (ELREP).
