Munich, 25 September 2023 – LPA-GGV Munich advised DIC Asset AG on the sale of three logistic assets to a total purchase price of approx. EUR 119,000,000.

The properties were sold by way of two separate asset deals and purchasers are a global private equity investor and a privately held European logistic developement and investment company.

The sold properties are multi-tenant logistic assets which are fully leased inter alia to major logistic companies and a German car manufacturer and generate an annual gross rental income of approx. EUR 7,000,000 in total.
