Sebastian Braun is qualified as Rechtsanwalt and partner in the Munich office. He advises on real estate matters with a focus on Real Estate transactions of any asset class. He assisted national and international investors on numerous single-asset and portfolio transactions by way of asset, share and forward deals in a leading role in recent years. In addition, advising investors and lenders on (re-)financings of real estate acquisitions is another key area of his legal consulting practice. He also advises ongoing on all other issues of real estate law, in particular commercial lease law, as well as on real estate developments in all phases.

At the beginning of his professional career Sebastian Braun worked for the boutique law firm Jung & Schleicher in Berlin, which specializes in real estate transactions, before joining the international commercial law firms Reed Smith as well as Eversheds Sutherland at their Munich offices as a lawyer in the Real Estate department.

Sebastian Braun was admitted to the bar in 2013. He studied law at the University of Constance and completed his legal clerkship in Berlin, Potsdam and Chicago.
