The team of Frankfurt-based LPA-GGV partner Matthias Krämer provided legal and tax advice to Visiativ on the acquisition of German company MB CAD GmbH.

The group – a digital transformation and innovation expert for small and medium-sized businesses – with its headquarter in France acquires the independent distributor of the SOLIDWORKS and 3DEXPERIENCE software based in Bavaria. Visiativ is already present in Germany via its consulting business and will strengthen its software activities through this acquisition.

With over 35 years of proven experience working with more than 21,000 Small & Mid-Market customers, Visiativ has achieved revenues of €214 million in 2021.
