Munich, 18 December 2020 – LPA-GGV Munich has advised DIC Asset AG, which is based in Frankfurt am Main and specializes in commercial real estate, on the acquisition of the office building “Galilei” in Reichskanzler-Müller-Strasse, Mannheim.

In 2018, LPA-GGV Munich already advised DIC Asset AG on the acquisition of a property in Mannheim for a different fund.

The acquisition was conducted for a special fund managed by DIC Asset AG by way of an asset deal. The  investment volume amounts to approx. 39 million euros.

The multi-tenant-property comprises a total lease area of approx. 9,300 sqm and is let to the companies Deloitte and EuroChem Agro, among others.
