Dr. Eberhard Koch is a lawyer and partner at the Frankfurt office. He is a litigator and advises companies and entrepreneurs in questions pertaining to commercial and corporate law including related insolvency law matters as well as in the field of intellectual property.

Dr. Koch started his career as a lawyer with Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek in Frankfurt am Main and subsequently worked for Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP and a Frankfurt litigation boutique.

Dr. Koch studied law at the universities of Trier and Sussex and received his doctorate in competition law from the University of Trier. Being a German native speaker, he is also fluent in English.
