Dr. Rolf Grützmacher is a lawyer, public auditor and tax advisor. He is a partner at the Frankfurt office and advises medium-sized companies and their owners on commercial and tax law and all associated issues.

Dr. Rolf Grützmacher started his career as a tax consultant at the German Engineering Federation (Verband Deutscher Maschinen und Anlagenbau e.V.) and subsequently took over the head of the tax department of an auditing and tax consultancy firm. In 1974 he founded the GGV law firm in Frankfurt am Main.

Dr. Rolf Grützmacher studied law in Marburg, Göttingen and Munich. Being a German native speaker, he is also fluent in English.
