Dr. Annika Jo Heinrich-Peine, Mag. Jur. is a lawyer and Avocat à la Cour. She is a senior associate at the Frankfurt office and advises national and international companies in matters of German Commercial, labour and employment law with a special focus on data protection law.
Dr. Annika Jo Heinrich-Peine completed her legal internship with various stations in Paris, at a large auditing company in Düsseldorf and in the international tax law department of a commercial law firm in Neuilly-sur-Seine near Paris.
Dr. Annika Jo Heinrich-Peine studied law at the universities of Mainz and Paris Est-Créteil (Maîtrise en Droit / Magister Juris of German and foreign law, Mag. Iur). She has been admitted as Avocat à la Cour in Paris in 2014. In 2018, she received her doctorate from the Brandenburg Technical University in Cottbus-Senftenberg on the subject of “Environmental concerns in company reporting”. In addition to being a German native speaker, she is fluent in French and English.
