Dr. Annika Jo Heinrich-Peine, Mag. Jur. is a lawyer and avocat à la cour. She is a senior associate at the Frankfurt office and advises national and international companies in matters of German commercial, labour and employment law with a special focus on data protection law.
Dr. Annika Jo Heinrich-Peine completed her legal internship with various stations in Paris, at a large auditing company in Düsseldorf and in the international tax law department of a commercial law firm in Neuilly-sur-Seine near Paris.
Dr. Annika Jo Heinrich-Peine studied law at the universities of Mainz and Paris Est-Créteil (Maîtrise en Droit / Magister Juris of German and foreign law, Mag. Iur). She has been admitted as avocat à la cour in Paris in 2014. In 2018, she received her doctorate from the Brandenburg Technical University in Cottbus-Senftenberg on the subject of “Environmental concerns in company reporting”. Being a German native speaker, she is also fluent in French and English.
