Dr. Arno Maier-Bridou is a lawyer admitted to practice law in Germany and a retired lawyer in France, a specialist lawyer for (German) employment law, and a specialist lawyer for (German) commercial and corporate law. He is an Of Counsel at the Frankfurt office and advises companies from English and French-speaking countries on German business and employment law.

Dr.Arno Maier-Bridou started his legal career in the Paris office of a London City-based law firm. He then joined the Paris branch of a large law firm headquartered in Frankfurt. After four years in Paris, Dr. Arno Maier-Bridou returned to Frankfurt am Main, Germany in 1991 and became a  partner in a German-French boutique law firm until 2002. He then practiced between 2003 and 2014 as a partner and as of 2023 as an Of Counsel with LPA-GGV.

Dr. Arno Maier-Bridou studied law at the University of Heidelberg and at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York (Master of Laws), for which he received a scholarship from the German-American Fulbright Commission. He received a doctorate degree from the University of Heidelberg for his dissertation on issues of German-American corporate law. Being a German native speaker, he is also fluent in French and English.
