Munich, 25 March 2019  – LPA-GGV has advised PERIAL Asset Management on the acquisition of a hotel for its open property fund PFO.

The acquired property is a hotel of the brand “7 Days Premium” located next to the terminal at Leipzig/Halle airport. This modern hotel was opened in 2018 and is being operated by the tenant Plateno GmbH. The hotel has 150 rooms, a meeting room, an open lobby with different working places, a breakfast room and an outside terrace.

The seller is a development company based in Hamburg.
